- Global Margin Calls? This week we have an emphasis on banks. We look at JEF, BNP Paribas, and Barclay’s
- We look at Italy
- We check out France plus banks Credit Agricole and Societe Generale
- Germany: The DAX, Deutsche Bank and Deutsche Tel
- Brazil – The Bovespa is at important resistance
- China: Testing the downtrend line
- Financials: the BKX, GS, JPM, CS and WFC
- Consumer Staples: We look at CPB, HNZ, KFT, K
- Tech: We look at GOOG, CSCO, ORCL, AAPL and AMZN
- Semis: Also at an important juncture, like most stocks
- Nike and Ralph Lauren remain positive but we need to be vigilant
